UPDATE: Tostee Jury Return To Courtroom
The jury has asked to reconvene returning to court with a note asking whether language should be considered force.
Court has adjourned for counsel to consider the answer to their question.
A third day of deliberations will start this morning for the jury in the murder trial of Gold Coast man Gable Tostee.
The six men and six women jurors indicated to the court yesterday that they were struggling to reach a unanimous verdict, on whether Tostee murdered his New Zealander Tinder date Warriena Wright in 2014.
Justice John Byrne allowed the jury to go home overnight and return on Wednesday morning at 9.30am to continue deliberations.
The group again asked the judge several questions to help them make a decision, it related to a home owner's right to remove a disorderly person from their apartment.
Justice Byrne told the jurors in his instructions on Monday that they could find Tostee guilty of the lesser charge of manslaughter if they concluded he unlawfully killed Ms Wright but did not intend to cause her possibly fatal harm.
